Who We Are
Gamers After Dark ("GAD," "we," "us," or "our") is a women-owned adult gaming entertainment platform operated from the United States. We provide live streaming, content subscription, and creator monetization services.

What Data We Collect
Account data: When you register, we collect your email address, username, and password hash. Fans are never asked for a government ID, an identity selfie, or biometric data — fan age assurance is handled entirely by our independent partner (see Section 5). Creators additionally complete identity verification through our verification partners (see Section 4) and provide payment information and banking details for payouts.
Usage data: We collect IP address, device type, browser, operating system, pages visited, time spent, and interaction events. This is used for security, analytics, and service improvement.
Transaction data: Subscription payments, gift purchases, tip amounts, and PPV message purchases. We do not store full payment card numbers "” these are processed by our payment processor.
Communications: Messages you send through our platform, support requests, and application submissions.
Cookie data: See Section 6 for details.
03
How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:
- Operate the platform and deliver the services you signed up for
- Process payments and pay creators their earnings
- Verify age and identity as required by law
- Send transactional emails (receipts, notifications, account alerts)
- Improve platform features and user experience
- Protect against fraud, abuse, and illegal activity
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We do not use your data for ad targeting. We do not share your data with anyone except as described in Section 7.
We will never sell your data. Your email, payment info, and personal details are used only to operate this platform and communicate with you about your account. Full stop.
04
Creator Data
As a creator, we collect additional data to operate your account and comply with legal requirements:
- Identity verification: Creator onboarding is orchestrated by Persona, our verification workflow partner, with identity checks performed by Socure. This includes your government-issued photo ID, an identity selfie, and proof of age for all creators and any performers depicted in content. Verified documents are routed into our encrypted records vault, with access restricted to compliance staff and every access logged.
- Biometric processing: During onboarding, Socure compares your identity selfie to your ID photo (biometric face match) and performs a liveness check to confirm a real person is present. This biometric processing happens on our verification partners' systems, is used solely to verify your identity, and requires your explicit consent, collected as a separate checkbox during onboarding before any biometric capture occurs.
- Automated decision-making: Socure produces an automated fraud-risk score as part of onboarding. An unfavorable score does not automatically reject you: every flagged application goes to a manual human review, and you may contest the outcome through support. This disclosure is provided because automated scoring is involved in an eligibility decision.
- Payment data: Banking details and tax forms (W-9 / W-8BEN) for payout processing. We use industry-standard encryption and do not share this information except with our payment processing partners.
- Content metadata: Upload dates, content categories, performer certifications, and 2257 records submissions.
- Analytics: Stream viewership, gift revenue, subscriber counts, and engagement metrics "” visible to you in your creator dashboard.
Creator identity information is never displayed publicly. Your legal name is not visible to fans. Creators choose a display name that appears on the platform.
05
Fan Data
Fan privacy is a core commitment. We designed the fan experience with privacy as a default:
- Anonymous mode: Fans may use the platform under a username with no real name required. Anonymous mode (🕶ï¸) is available on all public interactions.
- Discreet billing: Charges appear on statements as a neutral descriptor, not as "Gamers After Dark."
- No sharing: Fan identity and spending data is never shared with creators beyond what is shown in real-time interaction (username only).
- Spending limits: Fans may set monthly spending limits. This data is stored securely and used only to enforce the limit you set.
Age assurance: Fan age verification is performed by VerifyMyAge, an independent age-assurance provider, using low-friction methods such as facial age estimation, a payment-card age check, or a mobile-carrier age check. Fans never upload a government ID, never take an identity selfie, and never undergo identity (KYC) checks. No ID image or biometric data from fans ever reaches our servers — we receive and store only a verified yes/no result, a timestamp, and an opaque reference number. Where a state's law sets specific age-verification requirements, we confirm VerifyMyAge's methods meet them before opening access in that state.
06
Cookies & Tracking
Essential cookies: Required for the platform to function. These include session authentication and age-gate consent. You cannot opt out of essential cookies without ceasing use of the platform.
Analytics cookies: Used to understand how the platform is used and to improve it. These are optional. You may decline analytics cookies through the cookie consent banner.
No advertising cookies: We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party tracking for ad purposes.

07
Third-Party Processors

- Payment processor (CCBill): Processes subscriptions, gifts, and creator payouts. CCBill is a licensed adult-industry payment processor, PCI-DSS compliant. Governed by CCBill's own privacy policy.
- Hosting provider (OVH): Servers and dedicated infrastructure. All data is stored on hardware we control. No shared public-cloud providers are used.
- Email service provider: Transactional email delivery (receipts, notifications). No marketing email sent without explicit consent.
