In compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, all performers depicted in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing on or distributed through this website were eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of the creation of such depictions.

Gamers After Dark requires all content producers and creators using this platform to maintain the records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for all performers depicted in their content. Content is only permitted on this platform after creators have certified compliance with these requirements.

Records required pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 are maintained by the respective content producers and are available for inspection at the address listed below during normal business hours.

This website operates as a platform for independent content creators. Each creator who posts content depicting sexually explicit conduct is individually responsible for maintaining the records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 for the performers depicted in their content. The platform requires all creators to certify that such records are maintained as a condition of using our services.
